They Love Us

Thank you so much for the dignity, professionalism and love you shared with our dog Teddy as he took his upgrade from this world. He had a rough start in life with an abusive owner and came into our lives as a textbook rescue. He shook off the first owner issues like a champ then stole at least 100 hearts with his genuine friendliness and fun character. I did not expect the level of heartfelt compassion that your team provided when I brought him in, and the passage process was so easy and drama-less that I knew immediately we had given him a gift that defined love and selflessness despite how much it hurt. With all our respect and gratitude, thank you.

Literally my first time coming here, and the staff has already made it feel like home. I was skeptical at first, due to bad experiences with other locations. However, my boy loved the environment and was excited to meet all the new faces he encountered. He never warms up to new people as quickly as he did. Dr. Berardi and her vet assistant Kelly were extremely knowledgeable, gentle and patient when conducting Scooby’s exam. They both put ease into my heart, knowing my fur child would be in great caring hands. Can’t wait for our next visit in January.

Review is long overdue because they've been taking excellent care of my dog Wesley for years. Dr. Queeny is excellent. I've had 2 examples where I've had to go elsewhere on the weekend and then their treatment + recommendation didn't work and when I see Dr. Queeney he knows what to do and it's fixed immediately. He just seems way more knowledgeable than any other vet I've taken my dog to over 13 years. Besides that... they are always on time and it is a very efficient office with good service. I've never had to wait long for anything and I've never been rushed either with my vet time. The technical staff has also been great on every level. Once a 24/7 vet on Gilead prescribed an antibiotic that made my dog completely deaf, a rare reaction, that Dr. Queeney saved with a thorough ear flushing a few days later. His hearing came back and it means the world to me and surely my dog too. He's also been put to sleep for dental cleanings a couple times and comes back not too high with Hollywood teeth that would make most humans jealous.

I am very nervous when it comes to taking my cat to the vet and must say Hambright is just amazing. The whole staff put me at ease and were beyond gentle with my cat. As some say pricing is higher but they are very thorough in explaining options that match the budget. Will be back for sure and cannot recommend them enough.

Great vet! Easy scheduling process, easy clear check-in process, very fast but thorough, they didn't have me wait in a room for long periods which was great! They even called the next day to follow up on how my dog was doing!

Today was our first visit to Hambright. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Gregory took the time to explain the treatment recommendations to us and to answer our questions. We appreciated this so much. Alvin was very pleased with the treats he received from Sara too!

I took my nearly 20 year old cat in for what I suspected would be bad news and ultimately end with euthanasia. I explained my inability to afford any major expense and my desire to alleviate his suffering. The staff was very concerned, listened to me, and completely transparent about the costs associated with his examination and necessary diagnostics. We agreed on a treatment plan and Mr. Kitty has improved and is now enjoying the rest of his "golden years". I highly recommend this practice!

We brought our new baby kitten in because she was sneezing. She got a couple of booster shots and antibiotics. Later she was not well and I was worried sick. I called to tell them and they had her come right back in and they gave her fluids and meds. for injection pain and fever. She was fine and I was so relieved. I’m so impressed with their willingness to alleviate my concerns even though they knew she was OK. I generally don’t trust vets or basically anyone (LOL); This gave me the piece of mind I needed that my baby would be safe being cared for by Hambright going forward. Thank you so much for caring for her and her irrational mom.

I just had another wonderful experience at Hambright Animal Hospital. I was greeted and assisted by Kaylee. She was kind, understanding, caring and professional. Our amazing provider was Dr. Tim Queeney. He was outstanding, gentle, adept and put me and my cat Leonard at ease. Thank you both for excellent care!
